Acquired Space is a unique space with amenities to cater to all events. You can hold birthday gatherings, engagement celebrations, baby gender reveal parties, viewing of sporting events, workshops, classes, pop-up events, family gatherings and many more!

Monday to Thursday Hourly: $110/hour (min 4 hours)
Mon to Thurs AM Package (9am to 5pm) - $500
Mon Thurs PM Package (6pm till late) - $700

Friday and Eve of PH Hourly: $150/hour (min 5 hours)
Friday and Eve of PH AM Package (9am to 5pm) - $750
Friday and Eve of PH PM Package (6pm till late)- $1,000

Saturday Hourly: $170/hour (min 5 hours)
Saturday AM Package (9am to 5pm) - $850
Saturday PM Package (6pm till late)- $1,100

Sunday and PH Hourly: $170/hour (min 4 hours)
Sunday and PH AM Package (9am to 5pm) - $850
Sunday and PH PM Package (6pm till late)- $750

Other Charges:
$50 cleaning fee as per industry practice
Guests are expected to treat the venue as if their own home and maintain basic cleanliness, but the cleaning fee covers required extra cleaning of the bathroom, floors and furniture.

Security Deposit:
$300 per session, fully refundable in 48 hours after event if no rules are breached.

Cancellation Policy:
• If cancelled within 24 hours of booking – Full refund.
• If cancelled from anytime till 30 days before event date – 75%.
• If cancelled with less than 30 days to the event – no refund.
• (Security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded in full in the event of a cancellation)
• Management will review special circumstances on a case by case basis
• Postponement will only be allowed if requested for 30 days before the event date. For anything under 30 days, cancellation policies as per above will apply.
