The museum’s Vault has over 5,000 bottles that visitors can experience the sights and smells of fine whiskies including, those of the closed distilleries. Cancellations may be made by Space Seeker up to 2 business days prior to the first day of the booking period. Space Provider shall refund the entire Usage Fee if cancellation is made by Space Seeker during the foregoing period, except for BITSY’s processing fee of 4% which is non-refundable
