Included in the booking of the space is the use of 2 floors of a charming conservation shophouse: a working area that comes equipped with 10 height-adjustable desks, 2 additional foldable desk as well as chairs, a wet pantry, toilets and a shower; and a meeting room on an upper mezzanine level that can seat up to 12pax in conference room seating, and 30 pax in theatre seating. The meeting room includes a projector, screen, whiteboard and markers.
Fully air-conditioned and free WiFi, coffee and tea included.

Minimum half day (4 hour) booking
Working Hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday): $1000/4 hours, $1900/8 hours
Outside Working Hours (5pm-10pm Monday to Friday, Weekends): $1500/4hours, $2800/8 hours

Cancellations may be made by Space Seeker up to 10 business days prior to the first day of the booking period. Space Provider shall refund the 50% of the Usage Fee if cancellation is made by Space Seeker during the foregoing period, except for BITSY’s processing fee of 4% which is non-refundable
